Who Can Join The YOS?
1- Foreign students who want to study in Turkey.
2- Turkish citizen who completed her/his high school education abroad or one of her/his nationality is Turkish or K.K.T.C. double citizens.
3- Double citizens who were foreign nationals by birth and later converted to Turkish citizenship.
4- Those who are Turkish citizens by birth and who are permitted to leave Turkish citizenship from the Ministry of Interior
